Gemma Stafford

Gemma is a professionally-trainer chef/baker originally from Ireland. She is passionate about sharing her years of experience, over-the-top baking style and Irish flair with everyone who wants to boldly bake outside of the boxed cake.

She was born in a small town in the South East of Ireland, and her passion for baking drove her to train as a professional chef before studying with legendary chef, Darina Allen, at the the world-renowned Ballymoe Cookery School.

After that, Gemma used her new skills as a passport to travel the globe and open doors into the culinary world.

Now, along with her co-creator and her husband, Kevin, she’s pursuing her lifelong dream of teaching people her trade and sharing culinary adventures and baking secrets with other bold bakers everywhere.
