This Pan Makes Lasagna 3 Ways at the Same Time

Lasagna is a classic comfort food and this triple lasagna pan makes it simple to personalize your lasagna in one easy pan!

Lasagna is my weakness. Layers and layers of creamy cheesy goodness and sauces galore. What’s not to love?

My family likes to joke that I was a certain famous lasagna loving cat in another life and I’m pretty sure they are right haha. While I’ve personally never met a lasagna I’ve ever disliked I know that’s not always the case. This Love Cooking Company Trisagna Pan makes it simple to mix and match lasagna’s to fit everyone’s preferences and/or dietary restrictions.

Assuming no one has a crazy sensitive allergy problem where complete cross contamination must be avoided, this pan makes it so simple to make gluten-free or dairy-free lasagna for one person without making a whole separate dish!

The easy lift functionality of the lasagna pan also makes serving a cinch. I especially love that function when we use this pan for brownies. It’s super simple to lift, cut and serve plus the added bonus all the crispy edges being maximized. Be sure to use a plastic knife to keep your non-stick surface intact.

Today we made a triple pan recipe for 3 lasagnas…a classic lasagna, a cheesy spinach lasagna and a spicy sausage lasagna. All super simple and they play off the same ingredients so you don’t end up with a ton of waste.

I think this would also make an incredible party idea! Set up a big table of ingredients and let everyone go to town making whatever kind of lasagna (or brownies, cookie bars etc.) strikes their fancy.

Please note: if you want to make all 3 of these as shown the spicy sausage and the classic both use the same ricotta basil filling. You can easily double the recipe for that and mix it all together to save time.

Happy lasagna making!
