DIY Poke Bowls

INGREDIENTS

Base:

  • Brown rice
  • White rice
  • Fresh, bite size greens

Fish:

  • Tuna Yellow tail
  • Salmon Crabmeat Tofu (just be sure it’s Sushi Grade fish!)

Sauces:    

  • Spicy Mayo Sriracha Ponzu sauce 
  • Sesame oil

 My Go-To Sauce Blend:

  • ¼ Cup of soy sauce 
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sriracha 
  • 2 Tablespoons of ponzu 
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 Teaspoon of minced ginger 
  • 1 Teaspoon of sesame oil 
  • 2 Teaspoons of olive oil

Toppings:

  • Cubed avocado 
  • Thin cucumber slices 
  • Thin radish slices 
  • Carrot slices 
  • Cilantro
  • Edamame 
  • Pickled ginger
