You’ve heard of matcha lattes, green tea tinctures, and adding collagen in your morning smoothie, but have you ever tried a golden latte?
Admittedly, I am on a bit of a turmeric kick right now, so it’s no wonder that I am finding every reason alive to consume more of this magic spice.
If you are new to the turmeric train, here’s why it’s worth all the hype. This sassy little spice is anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, a powerful antioxidant, totes itself as an immunity booster, and is even rumored to lower your risk of heart disease and cancer. If my morning pick-me- up can do any one of those things, I am all in!
Want to know the best part? It’s wayyy cheaper than your morning latte is costing you. Save some money and get healthy while you are at it — win/win!
