Believe it or not, Belgian Waffles are made with yeast, not baking soda. They are so much fluffier and delicious that these will literally be the best waffle you’ve ever had, well, at least I’d like to think so! They are super easy to make, but do require a bit of down time to let the batter rest before cooking in your waffle iron, but I promise it’s worth it. If you are a really good planner, then you can actually make the batter a day ahead so come morning it is all cooking.
