Spicy Tofu Cup O Noodles Recipe:

  • 1 tablespoon of white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic paste
  • Frozen or canned carrots and corn
  • Cooked udon noodles
  • Snow peas
  • Medium diced firm tofu
  • Julienne red bell peppers
  • Lemon wedge
  • Sliced green onions

Soy Garlic Cup O Noodles Recipe:

  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 finely grated clove of garlic
  • Frozen or canned carrots, corn and edamame
  • Rice stick noodles
  • Baby spinach
  • Julienne red bell peppers
  • Shiitake mushrooms
  • Snow peas
  • Water chestnuts
  • Hardboiled egg
  • Cilantro leaves
  • Sliced green onions
DIRECTIONS

Chicken Teriyaki: Place all ingredients into a 1-quart mason jar and pour boiling hot water over top. Add the lid and let sit for 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are al dente.
