Ming Tsai is a James Beard Award-winning chef/owner of Blue Dragon, an Asian gastro pub in Massachusetts. An Emmy-award winner, Ming is the host and executive producer of Simply Ming, currently in its fifteenth season. He is also the author of five cookbooks. He successfully debuted his Simply Ming Kitchen Collection on HSN in 2013 and it was one of HSN’s most successful culinary launches. Ming serves as the President, National Advisory Board, of the Family Reach organization, a non-profit whose mission is to provide financial relief and support to families fighting cancer.
