Beth Le Manach has been cooking and entertaining for over 20 years. She grew up in a family that always entertained, and throwing together a last minute dinner party has always come naturally. She is a home cook that has refined her cooking skills by cooking, constantly.
She is inspired by her French husband and their yearly trips to France, where she has learned many of the French classics in her in-laws’ kitchens. She is also an avid gardener and tends to an extensive vegetable garden in Los Angeles, which serves as the inspiration for many of her recipes. Her cooking philosophy is “minimal effort for maximum impact” because food tastes better when shared, and easy approachable recipes will always motivate people to have friends over!
Beth’s recipevideos can be seen weekly on her YouTube Channel Entertaining with Beth as well as on the Kin Community channel where she shares her full-length party menus around seasonal events and holidays. Beth also serves as the Vice President of Programming for Kin Community; the global leader in lifestyle video content for women.
