Place all of the ingredients except for the ham in a blender and blend on high until smooth. It’s ok if it’s a little chunky.
Transfer the mixture to a pan over medium heat and cook it until hot. Whisk often and set aside.
Next, if the ham is not spiralized cut 1” square groves all over the ham and place it in a baking pan with a rack. Glaze it generously with the rum and pineapple glaze and bake in the oven at 375° for 60 to 80 minutes or until it is browned on the outside and hot in the middle.
Glaze the ham often or every 20 minutes with the glaze.
Slice and serve the ham alongside any leftover glaze.
