Mix flour and salt together on low in mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
Slowly add in the water in a stream until the dough comes together.
Scoop into 1 tablespoon size balls and press with the tortilla press.
Preheat tortilla pan until very hot (when ready dropping a drop of water on the pan will immediately sizzle and evaporate) and cook 1-2 minutes on each side until cooked through. They should be dry to the touch with small light brown spots on both sides.
