Grilled Watermelon

INGREDIENTS

4 (1) inch thick watermelon wedges

1 tsp cooking oil

Pinch of sea salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the watermelon into wedges, brush with a light coat of cooking oil and pinch of sea salt.

Grill the watermelon on a medium/high grill for 5-8 minutes each side.
