Ginger Lemon Kombucha Cocktail

- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 slice ginger root
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp very hot water
- 1 hearty squeeze lemon
- 4 oz kombucha to top
Muddle the ginger with the honey and hot water in the bottom of a cocktail shaker until the ginger is broken up. Add ice, lemon, and vodka to the shaker.
Shake for 10 seconds, then pour over ice and top with kombucha.
