  • .25 lb prosciutto
  • olive oil
  • freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Trim asparagus ends and cut in halves.
  • Wrap a thin piece of prosciutto around the center of the asparagus.
  • Drizzle a shallow medium sized pan with olive oil.
  • Pan fry for 10-12 minutes on medium heat or until asparagus spears are fork tender and prosciutto is golden.
