Dalgona Matcha

- .25 cups cold liquid egg whites, or the whites from 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- Milk, cold or steamed for serving
In a medium mixing bowl, combine egg whites and sugar. Using a whisk, electric or by hand, whisk until the mixture has changed in texture into a light and foamy blend. About 3-5 minutes.
Whisk in the matcha blend, sifting it before if it is extra clumpy. Give it another minute or two to fluff up.
Carefully spoon matcha mixture over hot or cold milk. Enjoy!
