- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 2 oz Cointreau
- 1 large handful fresh cilantro
- 1 large handful fresh mint
- 1 lime, juiced
- .5 cucumber, chopped
- 1 hearty pinch of salt
- 2 pale Mexican lagers (like Corona)
In a blender, combine everything but the beer and blend on the highest speed for 5 seconds.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer into two chilled pint glasses (optional: salt rim -- I chop fresh cilantro into my salt just before rimming the glass).
Top with beer and serve immediately with lime, cucumber, or cilantro garnish.
