Watermelon Lemonade
Nothing says summer like a fresh glass of lemonade. But add some watermelon to it and no you've got yourself a summertime drink that will keep you cool!

- 5 cups cubed watermelon, plus sliced watermelons for garnish
- 1 cups fresh lemon juice, plus sliced lemons for garnish
- 3 cups water or sparkling water, (use up to 5 cups)
- 0.5 cups sugar, more to taste
- optional: watermelon ice cubes
- optional: mint, for garnish
Cut 1-2 small watermelons into cubes. Save half the watermelon and slice in triangles for garnish.
In a blender, combine watermelon cubes, lemon juice, and puree until smooth. Then strain and measure out 2 cups of juice. Reserve leftover for ice cubes (optional).
Pour 2 cups of watermelon juice into a glass pitcher along with 3-5 cups of water. Add a half cup of sugar at a time until you reach desired sweetness.
Divide between glasses, garnish with a slice of watermelon, optional watermelon ice cubes and a lemon slice or mint sprig, then serve.
