- ½ peeled and thinly sliced yellow onion
- 15 thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 8 strips of crisp cooked bacon
- 1 cup of Kosher salt
- Place each of the ingredients on a dehydrating sheet and spread them out.
- Dehydrate the onion at 125° for 4 to 6 hours and then grind it until small granules are formed and then mix it with 1/3 cup of salt.
- Dehydrate the garlic at 125° for 4 to 6 hours and then grind it until small granules are formed and then mix it with 1/3 cup of salt.
- Dehydrate the bacon at 145° for 24 to 28 hours and then grind it until small granules are formed and then mix it with 1/3 cup of salt.
