  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ground vanilla
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • Stevia (optional)
  • Cacao

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender and pour into a covered container, and then freeze.
