  • Process all the ingredients in the juicer, and enjoy within 1 hour.
  • Directions To Make Juice Without A Juicer: Prepare all the ingredients by rinsing, scrubbing, or peeling as necessary.
  • Peel the lemon and core the pear. Add ingredients into a high-speed blender such as a Blendtec and blend until creamy. Add a few tablespoons of water if necessary to help the ingredients blend together.
  • Take your nut milk bag and place over a bowl. Pour juice into the bag and then with you hands gather the sides of the bag up so that no juice spills out. Gently squeeze the bag so that juice collects into the bowl and the pulp remains in the bag. Continue this method until all of the juice has been squeezed out from the bag.
  • You can save the pulp for making recipes such as veggie tater tots, veggie burger or pulp cracker. I share recipe ideas with pulp in The 5 Day Juicing Diet. You can also compost the pulp. Pour juice into glasses and add ice. Chill tastes best when it’s chilled. Enjoy within one hour!
