- 3 tbsp half and half
- 2 oz bourbon
- 2 oz butterscotch liqueur
- Cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon (optional)
- Anise star (optional)

Add bourbon and butterscotch.
If desired, garnish with cinnamon and anise. Enjoy warm.
