Blueberry Breakfast Bites

- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- .25 cups almond butter
- 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
- .25 cups coconut flour
- .25 tsp baking soda
- .5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 cups fresh blueberries
- Nonstick baking spray
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick baking spray.
MIx all ingredients together. Spoon into muffin tin.
Bake 20-25 minutes, or just until the center of muffins spring back when touched lightly.
