- 6 drumsticks/bone-in thighs
- .5 cups buttermilk
- 4 eggs
- .5 cups water
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- .5 cups cornstarch
- McCormick's Chicken Seasoning to taste (or your own)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Wash and dry chicken, then coat the chicken with seasoning.
In a shallow dish, mix together flour, cornstarch, and 3 tablespoons of spice mix (or to taste).

Dip the chicken into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, shake off any excess and then dip it into the back into flour mixture.
