Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • .25 tsp ground cardamom
  • .5 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Whisk ingredients together in a sealable container. Seal and store in a cool dark place (like your spice cabinet) until ready to use.
  • For the latte, add one teaspoon of the mix to the bottom of your cup, add a small amount of steamed or warm milk, and whisk rapidly until combined (a matcha whisk or small plastic whisk is best because it won't scratch your cup). Top with additional steamed or warm milk and drink immediately.
