  • ½ cup cilantro
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 4 tsp garlic
  • 2 deseeded serranos
  • ¾ tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp sherry vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine in blender until smooth. Store in fridge and use within 4 days.
