Watermelon Radish and Cucumber Sesame Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 watermelon radish
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups pea or sunflower sprouts
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped shallot
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons raw honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS

With a Microplane Gourmet Series Slicer, slice radish and cucumber. Arrange on a plate with sprouts.

In a small bowl, whisk together shallots, oils, vinegar and honey. Salt and pepper generously, to taste.
