  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup frozen mango (optional - if you do choose this route, use half a frozen banana)
  • sprinkle chili powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend and serve!
