The Chai West
- 2/3 cup prepared chai mix
- 3 Tbsp half and half
- 2 oz bourbon
- 2 oz butterscotch liqueur
- Cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon (optional)
- Anise star (optional)
- Heat chai and half and half just until steaming in a large pot or skillet.
- Add bourbon and butterscotch.
- If desired, garnish with cinnamon and anise. Enjoy warm.
