Mango Coconut Mini Pops

Makes 4 pops using Cuisipro Mini Pop Molds

  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen), cut into 1 inch cubes
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  1. Evenly distribute mango pieces between pop molds, leaving space in the center of each mold for the popsicle stick.
  2. Whisk coconut milk in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour coconut milk into each mold to reach the fill level. Add popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze pops for at least 4 hours or overnight.
