Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Heat in a small sauce pan on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the ingredients have melted down. Store in a jar or seal tight container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
  2. For perfectly spiced cappuccinos, lattes and coffee add in 2-3 tablespoons per drink.
