½ oz real maple syrup (or .75 oz cinnamon syrup)
3 hearty scoops of Vanilla ice cream
Guinness to top
Pour the maple syrup in the bottom of a traditional soda fountain glass, add a splash of Guinness, and stir until combined.
Add three hearty scoops of good quality vanilla ice cream.
Top with remaining Guinness and chocolate sauce. Serve with a spoon and straw.
