INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups Kale, spinach or romaine, chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 apple, cored and peeled
  • 1 Meyer lemon, peeled
  • 1 avocado, pitted
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen, if desired)
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup fresh mint (optional)
  • 2 cups ice water or almond milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until pureed. Enjoy!
