INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups chopped romaine
  • ¼ fresh pineapple (about 1 cup)
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 1” fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tbsp resistant starch or collagen (optional)
  • ¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint
  • 2 cups ice water or almond milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until pureed. Enjoy!
