Cinnamon Pear Syrup

Cinnamon Pear Syrup
  • 2 cups 100% pear juice, not from concentrate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 oz jar of cinnamon sticks 

(1) Muddle the cinnamon sticks in a saucepan until broken up into shards. 

(2) Add the water and sugar and bring to a simmer.

(3) Simmer for five minutes, covered, then remove from heat and let sit overnight.

(4) Strain out the cinnamon and store in the fridge.
