Brussels Sprouts Chips Recipe
  • 12 ounces fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ΒΌ teaspoon kosher salt
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove stems from Brussels sprouts then peel off outer leaves until you have about two cups leaves.
  3. Toss leaves in olive oil and salt and place in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Serve immediately.
