Basil Cheese Spread

12 ounces

  • 7 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 5 ounces soft goat cheese
  • 1 large bunch basil (about 2 cups; stems removed)
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  1. Add the ricotta, soft goat cheese, basil leaves, lemon juice, and garlic into your food processor and blend until basil is finely chopped and the mixture is smooth.
