Basil Cheese Spread
- 7 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 5 ounces soft goat cheese
- 1 large bunch basil (about 2 cups; stems removed)
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- Add the ricotta, soft goat cheese, basil leaves, lemon juice, and garlic into your food processor and blend until basil is finely chopped and the mixture is smooth.
